Hi, I'm Dr. Lorraine Kelley—Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, mother of four, grandmother, and founder of Reclaiming Sleep Consulting.

About Dr. Kelley
I'm Dr. Lorraine Kelley—neonatal nurse practitioner, pediatric sleep consultant, mother of four grown children, and proud grandmother. With over 30 years of experience working with newborns and supporting families, I've encountered virtually every sleep challenge both in hospitals and homes.
As a mother, I've been there myself. My first baby either cried, nursed, or slept in my arms. He rarely stayed asleep for more than an hour and never in his crib. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and worried I was causing him harm.
What I didn't know then is that sleep isn't automatic—it's a skill, like rolling over or walking. With the right knowledge and approach, it's something babies can learn.
Over the years, I've combined nursing expertise, research-based strategies, and real-world parenting experience to develop practical sleep solutions that work. I help tired parents get the rest they need, build confidence in their parenting skills, and bring calm to their home.

Step 1: Free Discovery Call
Schedule a complimentary one-on-one call where we attentively listen to your baby's sleep challenges and help you select the consulting package that best fits your family's needs.
Step 2: Personalized Sleep Questionnaire
Upon choosing your package, you'll receive a detailed "Baby Sleep Questionnaire" via email. Your responses will guide us in crafting a customized "Sleep Plan" tailored specifically for your family.
Step 3: Initial Consultation
Book a convenient time for your initial consultation. During this session, we'll walk you through the personalized Sleep Plan and address any questions you may have about your baby's sleep.
Step 4: Follow-Up Support
After 1–2 nights of implementing the Sleep Plan, we'll provide follow-up support via text messages, ensuring you have the assistance you need during this transition.
